The establishment of Nashik’s most iconic bakery dates back to April 1991. Mr.Jitendra Aher laid the foundation for a legacy that’s still running strong today. The initial idea behind the bakery was to provide people with bakery products of the highest quality at a lower price. Fresh-up Bakery soon became renowned for its tea time tidbits like toast, khari, and breads. As time went by Fresh-up became a staple choice for Nashikkars, since this was the first time they had a bakery in town that was accessible and affordable.

Fast forward 30 years and you’ll be surprised to find out Fresh-up Bakery’s legacy has magnified to a wider scale. It is the sole semi-automated bakery in Nashik City, which is also run by 80% women working as our workforce. Our latest feat of success is the inception of our first official outlet also featuring our own dine in cafe “The Lolo Cafe” at college road.
